The interior is decorated in neutral creams with laminate flooring and cream vertical blinds to each window affording total privacy if required. There is an individually lockable and self lit porch before the main entrance door for keeping shoes and other items should you not want them in the house. The bungalow is No Smoking inside but a specially provided cigarette can is provided on the rear wall in the back garden so you can smoke outside. A ramp can be provided for easy access for disabled visitors and they will find that all light switches are purposefully set lower for their convenience.

The living room has two cream leather sofas, storage space for videos, CD's or DVD's and a coffee table for cups, papers etc. There is a 34" colour television in the corner which shows all the free view channels and also a DVD player should you want to watch your own choice of films. In the corner is a desk and swivel chair with mains point, free wired (ethernet) and wireless internet access. An electric fire with a coal effect light effect will make you feel comfy cosy on a cold winter's night.

The kitchen/diner has all amenities: a double oven/grill, electric hob, washing machine, microwave, integrated fridge and freezer, iron and ironing board, dining table and four chairs, full dining set including plates, cutlery, mugs and glasses. Full cooking utensils including kettle, toaster, pots / pans, kettle, bread bin and tea towels.

The fitted bathroom has a large bath with electric shower, spare shelves and cupboard space, a mirrored cupboard, spot-lit ceiling and integrated toilet. Towels, toilet rolls and linen are provided for your convenience whilst staying at the bungalow.
