Rates and Contacts

  • £57.50 per night Sunday to Thursday night inclusive

  • £89 per night Friday night

  • £109 per night Saturday night.

  • £445 per full week.

  • All rates are applicable only when booked through this site

Rates are fully inclusive of electricity, gas, water, TV and cleaning at the end of your stay.

Payment in advance is required to secure your reservation at the Home-from-Home bungalow, Newcastle, which we accept through PayPal (it is not necessary for you to have a PayPal account, just a credit or debit card).

As with any hotel, the guest will be liable for breakages, damage and missing items should any be discovered after departure.

Checkout is 12 o'clock on the day of departure and check-in is from 5pm, this gives the cleaner time to change the beds etc.from the night before

How to Get There:

From the A1:
-----------------
- Take the Fawdon junction (coming from the south signposted "City North Gosforth" and from the north: "Fawdon").
- On the roundabout take the exit to Fawdon (from the south: turn right, from the north: turn left).
- After about 300 yds turn right at the traffic lights.
- After about 500 yds turn right into Fawdon Park Road (at the shops)
- After about 400 yds turn left into Warrington Road.

From the Airport:

- After leaving the airport, take the second left on the A696 roundabout towards Newcastle.
- At the A1 junction (about 3 mins) turn left and continue with the directions above from the A1 (coming from the south).

From the train station:

- Take the metro towards the airport and alight at Fawdon.
- After leaving the Fawdon metro station cross the road towards the shops.
- Walk along Fawdon Park Road for 400 yds and turn into Warrington Road.
